Production Baker

Job Details :

• Seeking an individual with at least 1 year of commercial dessert baking experience.
• A culinary school graduate is a bonus.
• Must be able to scale recipes, and use a digital scale.
• Must be able to lift 50# without distress.
• Must be food safety certified.
• The schedule is 32-40 hours per week, beginning no later than 7 AM daily.
• Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, No Exceptions!
• Baking production in high volume bakery including pies, cheesecakes, cakes, scones, muffins, cookies, etc.
