Location : Beaverton, OR & Greater Portland Area

Compensation : 100% Commission + $1 per door incentive during onboarding

Type : Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule

As we expand, were hiring Residential Sales Consultants to help homeowners protect their properties while building a rewarding sales career.

What Youll Do :

Walk residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners

Educate customers on pest control solutions and present pricing options

Generate new accounts through door-to-door sales

Track and report your activity (no micromanagementwe give you freedom)

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

What Were Looking For :

Self-motivated, outgoing, and confident talking to new people

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Commission-only role must be comfortable earning based on performance

Sales experience a plus, but not required (we provide training)
