A company is looking for a Benefit Specialist to manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and provide vendors with eligibility information
Assist employees with benefits inquiries and process leave-of-absence requests
Develop and provide reporting on benefits-related data and reconcile monthly carrier invoices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Three to five years of benefit experience or seven to ten years in HR
Experience administering self-funded plans preferred
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
