PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Assists with various tasks within and related to the IT department.

• Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computers, phones, cameras, printers, software and hardware;
• Respond to queries either in person, over email or over the phone;
• Write training manuals;
• Train computer users;
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems;
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem;
• Walk customer through problem-solving process;
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software;
• Clean up computers;
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems;
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;
• Install computer peripherals for users;
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage;
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur, and;
• Assists with various other job duties as assigned.
*This is a true hybrid position for remote work. Team Member will be required to be in branch 2 or 3 days a week. Flexible in the Kansas City area. Person would be responsible for branches from Lee's Summit to Maryville.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic computer skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; and,
- Strong attention to detail
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and,
- Prior IT-Related experience.
