JOB SUMMARY :

This position will assist the Supply Chain Project Manager with the supply chain and logistic functions for our Digital Network. This includes office and warehouse support with inventory management, and inbound & outbound logistical operations. As directed, controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating, picking & packing dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels for various products across warehouses and project sites. Scan bar code products in / out of inventory currently managed in MS Excel, and eventually an enterprise inventory management system. The position will require use of forklift to load / unload trailers, trucks, racks within warehouse. Breakdown pallets, assemble product onto pallets, label and coordinate shipments and at times, requires deliveries to various warehouse locations and project sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Coordinate / Prepare shipment of products for digital screen deployments – ensure good record keeping
• Manage parts shipping to deployment destinations
• Organize logistics for shipments and deliveries
• Quality control of deliveries as they arrive
• Support RMA process for failed units / parts as needed – track to conclusion
• Load / Unload trailers, trucks for both deliveries and shipments
• Operate Forklift (certification a plus, but will train for certification)
• Drive box truck in / out NYC to project sites and warehouses
• Scan products in / out of inventory
• Support Quarterly / Year-End warehouse audits as needed
• Work in warehouse environment as necessary
