Business Development Account Executive
Compensation : $50,000 Annually (Depending on Experience) + Commission

We are seeking a highly driven, resourceful, and relentless Account Executive to step into a pivotal, high-impact role as the first dedicated salesperson at Alta. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to build a sales engine from the ground up, working in close collaboration with our senior leadership.
Your mission is clear : ignite our growth by penetrating new markets, generating interest in our specialized environmental, health, and safety (HSE) compliance solutions , and successfully driving the initial stages of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities (The Build Phase)
This role is centered on aggressive outbound prospecting and qualification :
- Pioneer Outreach : Proactively generate new business by executing diversified outreach strategies including cold calls, targeted outbound emails, strategic LinkedIn networking, and local in-person canvassing.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct meticulous research to identify high-potential target companies and pinpoint key decision-makers within the complex HSE landscape.
- End-to-End Prospecting : Initiate, nurture, and develop leads into qualified opportunities, successfully scheduling discovery meetings for senior leadership collaboration.
- Pipeline Integrity : Rigorously maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales activities, prospect notes, and pipeline progress within the company's CRM system .
- Brand Advocacy : Represent Alta at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand our network and build brand awareness.
- Process Refinement : Actively contribute to the strategic development and continuous improvement of our core sales messaging, outreach sequences, and qualification playbooks.
Required Qualifications & Mindset
