National Operations & Anatomic Pathology Manager
The National Operations & Anatomic Pathology Manager will play a key role within Hologic's Strategic Alliance organization, supporting operational success and customer experience for our lab customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations and Customer Success, this individual will oversee execution, performance, and optimization across Hologic's Anatomic Pathology portfolio, including Cytology - ThinPrep and Genius Digital Diagnostics - and future platform expansion.
This role will serve as a critical link between Hologic and both laboratory partnershelping ensure seamless deployment of new technologies, efficient workflow integration, and high satisfaction with Hologic's cytology and digital diagnostic platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support operational execution for Hologic's Cytology and Genius portfolios across customer laboratories, ensuring alignment with PMO, Field Service, IT and other relevant functions.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Operations and Customer Success to implement process improvements and operational frameworks that drive efficiency and scale.
- Serve as a day-to-day operational liaison between Hologic and both laboratory customers, facilitating cross-functional communication, issue resolution and alignment on strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and track installation, go-live activities, and post-launch performance for Genius Digital Diagnostics and ThinPrep products.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve operational challenges through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices across national lab sites.
- Support the development and rollout of standard operating procedures for product implementation, service coordination, and customer communication.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to enhance user experience, drive product utilization, and support long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally with Field Service, Regional Cytology Applications Specialist team, and National Account Operations to drive operational readiness for new product introductions, installations and upgrades. Support risk assessment and mitigation planning related to data integrity, workflow reliability, and system performance.
- Lead future expansion activities on Genius or other platforms that fall within the Anatomic Pathology arena.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Cytotechnology preferred.5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, healthcare diagnostics, or related fields.Familiarity with cytology workflows, diagnostic automation, or digital pathology solutions preferred.Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven success managing customer relationships.Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across complex organizations.Travel :
Up to 40-50% travel to customer laboratory sites to support implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing partnership engagement.The annualized base salary range for this role is $116,500 to $182,200 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
