What you'll be doing

• Maintaining our networking infra
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office hardware, HPC compute environment, including computers, servers, and networking equipment.
• Manage and maintain Linux-based systems and servers. Ensure system security, efficiency, and reliability.
• Managing all of Dexterity’s backtesting and simulation infrastructure
• Managing trading systems operations
• Developing and maintaining applications and scripts to enhance operational efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Comfortable with scalable hardware management
• Strong understanding of Linux systems administration
• Proficient in Python programming, C++ / Java is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Eager to develop management systems that provide high leverage
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Live in San Francisco, or willing to relocate

Great to have

• Experience with AWS
• Experience in managing high-throughput networks (40 - 100 G systems)
