At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (i.e. Netflix & Amazon), and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager

The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading IT operations within a defined area of the business, ensuring that technology services are reliable, secure, and aligned with both enterprise standards and local business needs. This role combines operational leadership with business engagement, managing IT staff, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and ensuring that technology solutions support the workflows, client demands, and unique requirements of their region. The Senior IT Manager collaborates closely with IT leadership and peer managers to implement enterprise platforms while tailoring support for the priorities of their assigned area.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead IT staff, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, workload distribution, and staff development.
• Serve as the primary IT leader for the assigned business area, aligning IT initiatives with operational goals, workflows, and client demands.
• Track IT budgets and operational spend, providing reporting and accountability for projects and services within the area.
• Coordinate with central IT leadership on vendor engagement, contracts, and service providers, ensuring local needs are addressed within enterprise agreements.
• Own the lifecycle, service delivery, and client satisfaction for area-specific IT services, such as :

Corporate : building management systems (BMS) and line-of-business applications supporting operations.

What You\'ll Need

Salary Range

$140,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
