Director of Education Job Responsibilities :

• Program Development & Delivery :

Assist in the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs to ensure high-quality education aligned with current industry standards and organizational needs.

Conduct in-person training sessions, workshops, and skills checkoffs at various facility locations across the U.S.; up to 75% travel is possible.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and development support to maintain instructional excellence and promote consistency, engagement, and excellence.

Ensure that training content and delivery methods meet applicable standards, regulatory guidelines, and accreditation requirements.

Identify opportunities for expanding and improving educational offerings to enhance staff development and promote engagement with ongoing learning.

Partner with facility leadership and organizational stakeholders to align training initiatives with strategic goals and workforce development priorities.

Leverage digital learning tools, including learning management systems (e.g., Relias), and incorporate innovative instructional methods to improve learning experiences and accessibility.
