LHH is partnering with a reputable law firm to find a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in legal billing and accounting who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client billing processes, including time entry validation, invoice preparation, and collections follow-up

Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness

Reconcile bank and trust accounts in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting

Maintain organized and compliant financial records

Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies

Support internal audits and ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum three years of accounting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of trust accounting and legal billing procedures is highly desirable

Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
