Job Summary
This role manages full-cycle recruitment for diverse functions including manufacturing, engineering, light industrial, sales, professional, and administrative positions and ensures the delivery of top talent aligned with business needs. Responsible for the full range of Talent Acquisition activities for assigned groups, including branding / posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating recruiting processes. Also responsible for working with hiring managers for on-boarding programs for new team members. Interacts with hiring managers to identify and understand skills, education and experience required and preferred for positions at all levels. Effectively partners with hiring managers and interview teams while conducting proactive recruitment efforts to inform them of the progress throughout the hiring process cycle. Identifies appropriate sourcing methods ensuring compliance with the company's hiring process in a consistent and effective manner.

Pay Scale : $98,000 - $130,000 DOE + potential annual bonus + comprehensive benefits package
