️ Balanced schedule : 3 3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per week

Shared Call Rotation : 1 : 4 1 : 5, with 1 : 3 midwife support

Robotic Surgery Encouraged state-of-the-art tech and support for procedural growth

Optional teaching opportunity with OBGYN residents (not required)

What You ll Do :

Deliver comprehensive obstetric care

Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries

Work closely with a collaborative and supportive provider team

Participate in call rotation while living within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

Perks & Compensation :

$285,000 Base Salary with immediate productivity bonus potential

Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or a 50 / 50 split of both

Relocation assistance available

$5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

27 PTO days annually (with rollover)

Full benefits starting Day 1 + PSLF eligibility (501c3 organization)

Ideal Candidate :

BC / BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Ohio license OR Willing to Obtain
