A company is looking for an IT Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the final escalation point for the Helpdesk team
Drive strategic solutions to resolve recurring user issues and complaints
Manage onboarding / offboarding workflows in the SSO solution and evaluate new software solutions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an IT Engineer / Systems Administrator
Experience managing user provisioning workflows in a major SSO solution
Experience with MDM tools and deploying new software products
Familiarity with Office 365 suite and supporting Mac hardware / OSX
Ability to script in bash, Powershell, or Python is strongly preferred
