SanDisk is seeking a Senior Director, Global Pricing Strategy & Execution to define and lead the company's global pricing vision across its consumer portfolio. In this highly strategic role, you will drive initiatives that maximize profitability, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen Sandisk's position in the marketplace. You will lead a global team responsible for shaping pricing strategies, managing operational execution, and partnering with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Pricing Strategy & Optimization : Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals, market dynamics, and customer value. Define and evolve pricing structures across products, tiers, and regions to optimize revenue and market share. Monitor market performance and competitive trends, adjusting pricing to maintain leadership and profitability.
  • Pricing Execution & Operations : Oversee day-to-day pricing operations across global markets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment. Deliver transparent performance reporting against key pricing metrics and business targets. Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities that improve margin, competitiveness, and customer value. Build scalable pricing tools, governance models, and processes that enable efficient execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner closely with Global Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to integrate pricing into overall business strategies. Provide pricing guidance and insights that support deal optimization and commercial success. Collaborate with Operations to align pricing with supply, demand, and inventory strategies.
  • Analytics, Forecasting & Insights : Lead the development of pricing models that incorporate cost structures, customer behavior, and market conditions. Apply advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to measure and improve pricing effectiveness. Forecast pricing impact on business outcomes and provides strategic recommendations to executives.
  • Market Intelligence & Compliance : Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor market trends, customer insights, and emerging pricing models. Ensure compliance with global pricing regulations and protect the company's market reputation and customer trust.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting : Track and analyze key metrics such as elasticity, margin performance, and price realization. Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience leading global pricing strategy and operations in a consumer-focused or technology organization.
  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, financial principles, and value-based pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or predictive tools to optimize pricing outcomes is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead global teams and drive accountability in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

    Compensation & Benefits Details :

  • An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; skills, ability, knowledge of the job; performance, contribution and results; geographic location; shift; internal and external equity; and business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
