• Deliver outstanding service : Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep things stocked : Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store : Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team : Step in where neededfrom cashiering to porter servicesto ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care : Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
• High school diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
