Job description

Deployment :

  • Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
  • Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, blank screens, reading ATM diagnostic screens
  • ATM configuration
  • Support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
  • Loading fake cash, receipts, statement papers to ATM
  • Request new IP Address for new ATM as required

Maintenance :

  • Updating Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
  • Configure Cash dispenser, fix jams or reset various devices on ATM
  • Maintain different code level on multiple Aconnex environment.
  • Support Aconnex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in house.
  • Make sure crosscheck is always available and Script are running.

    • Triage :

  • Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as in supposed to
  • Send service request to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.
