Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of organization and operating models
Lead talent management and succession planning strategies to develop executive talent
Analyze employee data to provide insights and recommendations for improving employee experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years as a strategic business partner
Experience supporting executives at the top three levels of an organization
Proven track record in driving large-scale structural and organizational design efforts
Ability to build multi-year talent strategies aligned with business objectives
Experience in supporting technology or development leaders is preferred
