Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie is currently looking for an Experienced Chevrolet Sales Manager to join our team. We offer a very aggressive pay plan. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the new vehicle sales department which includes : inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will be multi dimensional with previouse new and used car management experience. The sales manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic. Only individuals with Automotive Sales Manager experience in a franchised dealership will be considered.
Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements :
- Responsible for improving sales and operations
- Chevrolet experience, previous or currnet
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and supervises sales team
- Sets schedules and motivates sales team
- Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
- Responsible for sales price
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
- Attends manager meetings
- Knowledge of V-AUTO
- Ability to purchase vehicles
- Strong closing abilities
- Eagerness to interact with customers and take T.O.'s
Automotive Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications :
At least 2 years of automotive sales management experience in a New Car DealershipChevrolet experienceKnowledge of lender's programsAbility to understand credit bureaus and credit applicationsStrong communication skills and professional demeanorProven track record of successful selling with excellent CSITeam Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floorValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to train and lead our sales teamCompany Description
