P&C Service Agent Opportunity

TEKsystems is hiring P&C service agents to join our client's team in San Antonio, Texas. Start date is December 1st. Interviews begin week of November 3rd. The client services representative will be responsible for, but not limited to :

• Maintaining industry leading service standards by providing prompt service and one call resolution.
• Timely entry of all inbound leads.
• Availability and dependability to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, following up on items as needed.
• Highly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the company.
• Most calls will be from current clients who have questions about their policy in regards to coverage, billing, clarification, etc.

Compensation : if licensed $21.47 base pay + commission

Skills & Qualifications : Active General Lines P&C Insurance license preferred. Associates degree or equivalent preferred. Prior call center experience is required if preferences above are not met.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.47 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
