Responsibilities :

• Maintain applications in the production environment.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize the efficiency of production systems and processes.
• Manage scheduled events such as disaster recovery testing, platform upgrades, and compliance requests.
• Support production applications in a SharePoint environment.
• Handle day-to-day production management activities, including incident resolution and working with assigned queues.
• Prioritize problems, incidents, and service requests based on business needs.
• Perform break-fix coding or scripting and document changes.
• Communicate incidents and escalations to relevant partners.
• Monitor work queues and analyze performance metrics.
• Document internal processes and procedures.
• Ensure nightly production batch processing is completed on time.
• Coordinate with vendor consultants for production activities.
• Manage change, release, and compliance activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned and guide junior staff if applicable.
