Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies.

Manage probate and trust administration matters with professionalism and sensitivity.

Collaborate with partners and other practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and thoughtful service.

Stay current on developments in estate planning and tax law.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or ability to waive in).

3–6 years of experience in trusts and estates law.

Strong drafting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Portable book of business preferred (~$100K).
