A company is looking for an Administration Support Specialist to provide support for 401(k) Administration Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes for accurate plan and participant information
Prepare and submit documentation for contribution corrections and manage plan document updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient process execution and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years' experience in general office management preferred
Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure and IRS / DOL Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
