This role blends hands-on training, credit analysis exposure, and direct interaction with clientssetting you up for long-term success in commercial and agricultural lending.

What You'll Do :

• Support senior lenders in managing and growing Ag and Commercial loan portfolios
• Participate in credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting processes
• Assist with calling efforts to build new business and strengthen existing relationships
• Help analyze applicants' credit histories and repayment capacity
• Learn bank policy, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in community outreach and networking events to build your local presence
