Job Overview

The Assistant Product Manager brings a high-energy approach to developing customer-centric e-commerce experiences and features that grow the customer base, drive user engagement, and improve the overall site and app experience. The role executes the product roadmap for the assigned product area and partners with other product managers to deliver domain objectives and key results. The Assistant Product Manager works in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement, where ideas and feedback are actively encouraged.

What You Will Do

  • Execute a pre-defined product roadmap by owning product milestones and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand and synthesize customer and business needs through market analysis, customer research, hands-on experience, and business data.
  • Partner with business teams, UX, engineering, and analytics to define, build, and launch product and platform features.
  • Write discovery briefs and detailed product requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with product analysts to design, launch, and interpret A/B tests.
  • Manage communication and set clear expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will Need

Product Management Fundamentals – Foundational knowledge of product management principles, including roadmaps, requirements, and product lifecycles, with the ability to execute against a pre-defined roadmap and own product milestones.

Customer-Centric Mindset – Deep passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors, translating insights into customer-centric e-commerce experiences that improve engagement across site and app journeys.

Analytical Thinking & Data-Driven Decisions – Ability to use data, analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to inform product decisions, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize features and experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to define, build, and launch product and platform capabilities.

Execution & Delivery Excellence – Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, milestones, and dependencies in an agile environment while delivering measurable outcomes.

Problem Solving & Curiosity – Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and comfort navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems.

Communication & Stakeholder Management – Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align teams around shared objectives.

Continuous Learning & Adaptability – Eagerness to learn industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies, with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
