Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single-family real estate, specializing in two main loan products : short-term bridge loans for fix-and-flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords expanding their portfolios. DFS is thriving in the competitive mortgage landscape, showing consistent quarterly growth and a current origination volume of $70MM per month. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive - Commercial  to join our team and help us expand our broker business with our DSCR and Bridge products.

    • Lead the expansion of our broker network in key markets, putting your relationship-building skills and sales savvy front and center.
    • Develop and energize new broker partnerships while strengthening and deepening existing connections.
    • Be a driving force for company growth by collaborating with teams across the business and bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas.
    • In This Role You Will :

    • Act as the face of our non-QM lending solutions, generating enthusiasm and expanding our reach in targeted markets.
    • Leverage your sales drive and creativity to close $5MM+ in monthly volume, partnering creatively with brokers to deliver win-win deals.
    • Consistently exceed targets by attracting and onboarding new brokers, while providing world-class experiences for your established relationships.
    • Influence outcomes across departments by sharing your insights and working closely with dynamic, results-oriented colleagues.
    • Celebrate wins and contributions company-wide as you play a visible role in our overall success.
    • Requirements :

    • 3-4 years of successful broker business expansion with non-QM products and 5+ years thriving in the mortgage industry—your track record speaks for itself.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred, but drive, results, and relationship-building experience are what set you apart.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit—self-starter with a passion for building networks, seizing opportunities, and making things happen.
    • Proven expertise in non-QM products, lending regulations, and industry best practices—you’re excited to be a go-to source for your partners.
    • Excellent communicator and influencer, talented at making complex concepts simple and inspiring action from stakeholders at every level.
    • Natural at managing your own schedule and pipeline while consistently exceeding expectations in a flexible, remote work environment.
