Key Responsibilities

Conduct first-line compliance activities and ensure business processes meet regulatory standards

Build relationships with compliance and business partners while assisting with routine tasks and special projects

Coordinate audits, prepare reports, and track compliance training and fraud controls

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of industry experience

Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment

Technology skills and ability to learn applicable compliance systems

Strong ethical compass and relationship-building skills

Understanding of key compliance concepts and ability to represent the business internally and externally
