Nemours Children's Health, Lakeland is hiring a telehealth APRN to join our Neurology Specialty Clinic.
- The telehealth APRN is responsible for proving high quality online care as part of the Neurology department.
- Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, clinical standards for the use of telehealth solutions and workflows.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and patient safety, including a quality review program.
- Attend monthly scheduled team meetings (in person if required).
- Contribute to ensure practice coverage.
- Meet with medical director on monthly basis to review metrics, performance.
- Participate in collaborations within Nemours to promote the integration within other specialty groups as needed.
- Commit to a culture of continuous Improvement and constantly employ the use of CI tools to improve processes and measure results.
- Maintain nursing and nurse practitioner licenses and unrestricted telemedicine privileges.
