Senior Android Engineer

The Panther Group is seeking a W2 Contract (4 months Contract To Hire) Hybrid (3 days in office) Senior (6+ years of experience) Android Developer with expertise in Jetpack Compose and Hilt and Kotlin.

This role is not open to candidates that would need to relocate. This role does NOT support Visas (OPT, H1b, ect) and not does not support sponsorship now or in the future. The Panther Group does not work with Corp to Corp.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement robust dependency injection patterns using Hilt.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless mobile experiences.
• Mentor and support other Android developers on best practices, code quality, and career growth.
• Take ownership of resolving urgent or high-priority technical issues with quick turnarounds when necessary.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, perform code reviews, and maintain high standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of architecture and tech stack decisions.
