Met Field Operations Manager
Position Purpose : Develops and implements standard operating procedures that govern MET field operations. Implements continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the services that MET provides.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with MET field team to develop and maintain MET SOPs to ensure MET services are delivered efficiently and meet or exceed quality standards.
- Partner with internal and external partners to continuously improve MET processes and service.
- Develop, implement, and manage MET's quality control processes.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with MET field teams, retail operations, etc. and actively support cross-functional initiatives to drive improved overall business performance of MET.
- Oversee functional responsibilities of 3rd party service providers.

Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.Physical Requirements :
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).Working Conditions :
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.Minimum Qualifications :
Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications :
Degree in engineering, management, operations, or business administrationKnowledge of Six Sigma LEAN PrinciplesMinimum Education :
