Key Responsibilities
Manage implementation activities for onboarding new specialty pharmacy clients
Address client requests and coordinate resolution of patient-specific needs
Deliver reporting and analytics to support client transparency and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3 years of experience in client services, account management, pharmacy, or healthcare operations required
Participate in and support compliance program objectives
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
