This field-based position involves 80% of your time spent engaging with enrollees at various locations, including hospitals, clinical facilities, community sites, and their homes. Enjoy a balanced work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends, evenings, or holidays. Please note that residency in or near Watertown or Syracuse, NY, is required for this position.

The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, depending on various factors including experience and qualifications.
