About the Opportunity

A growing community bank in Madison, WI is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is eager to grow their career in banking.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the banks leadership team on trackhandling scheduling, communication, and administrative projects that are essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for the executive team.
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up items.
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, community events, and internal communications as needed.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn, with a desire to grow professionally within the organization.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
