We are a new office in Carson, CA, owned by a husband and wife team. We want to train and grow a knowledgeable, dedicated team with an excellent office culture. We are searching for individuals who care about serving our area and growing in the dental field! Part -Time Front Office Position - Receptionist - $18 to $22 / hr + Bonuses, Dental, Paid Time Off - 2-4 days a week and no weekends!

TREATMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Keeping consistent communication with our patients
• Checking patients in / out with consent forms, paperwork, etc.
• Handling continuing care / recare phone calls, answering phones
• Sending out birthday and greeting cards
• Making patient appointments
• Verifying insurances
• Entering patient information and treatment - Dentrix
• Ability to commute
• PPO insurance knowledge
• Treatment Offered - Invisalign, Implants, Restorative, Endodontics, Periodontics - a full scope of general dentistry!
• Technology : CBCT, iTero, Digital x-rays, Pano machine
• New Office : There is a varied range of patients day-to-day as we grow, but there is room for training and plenty of marketing opportunities!
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred because we serve many Spanish-speaking patients. Our office also sees Tagalog-speaking patients.
