Senior Director, Community Content Strategy
BigFuture brings together a trusted community to help every learner own their future. The BigFuture Community team is responsible for resources, content, and go-to-market efforts to reach and engage teens, parents and other caring adults, and K-12 educators. Our authentic, trusted content featuring experts demystify the college and career planning process. Our resources include BigFuture Scholarships ($23+ million to over 24K teens since 2019), the College Board National Recognition Program (280K students recognized for academic achievement in 2025); and BigFuture Ambassadors (community of thousands of high school students who share free college and career resources). The team coordinates cross-functional go-to-market efforts to reach and engage K-12, students and families.
As Senior Director, Community Content Strategy, you will be responsible for the content ecosystem underlying BigFuture products, which engage over 15 million unique users a year. In partnership with the Product and Technology teams, you'll shape our content-as-product strategy to support personalized exploration on BigFuture.org. You'll lead editorial strategy for content served throughout our product, first in a searchable content library and eventually AI-enabled conversation and alongside tools. You and your team will rapidly create high volume, information-rich, authentic video and text content. You'll set and maintain a high bar for content as a player-coach managing staff.

The hiring range for this role is $96,000 $150,000. Your exact salary will depend on your location, experience, and how your background compares to others in similar roles at College Board.
