As a Construction Defect Paralegal , you'll assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, subpoenas, trial preparation, and settlement conferences.
Requirements :
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Defect matters, including slip and fall and construction injury defense.
- Experience in California Superior Courts.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management.
