Job Description: Client Relations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the paper & pulp textile and oil & gas industries
• Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
• Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the internal team
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate project management and construction management activities with clients
• Collaborate with technicians and provide checkout/startup support as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in client relations or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations within the industrial sector
• Knowledge of the paper & pulp textile or oil & gas industries is a plus
• Experience with project management software is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $75000 - $90000 per year
