Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in Cincinnati . This is a contract role with the potential for full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full lifecycle application development and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in full lifecycle application development, from concept through delivery and support.
• Design, code, and debug applications using Java and other relevant technologies.
• Conduct software analysis, code reviews, and risk assessments.
• Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA / OOD) principles.
• Develop software models and simulations.
• Design intuitive front-end graphical user interfaces.
• Perform software testing and ensure quality assurance.
• Optimize performance, usability, and automation of applications.
• Maintain and document software functionality.
• Integrate new software with existing systems.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Support localization and globalization of software products.
