Soliant is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. If you are passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their functional abilities and quality of life, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview : As an Occupational Therapist at Soliant, you will provide high-quality therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities.
- Provide therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- NBCOT certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with diverse populations is an asset.
