Financial Analyst

We're seeking a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy Financial Analyst to join our corporate financial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive performance through actionable insights. You'll play a dual role-designing financial dashboards for senior leadership and collaborating closely with practices to deliver high-quality financial analysis and support.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of financial dashboards for senior management.
• Serve as a key member of the corporate financial team, acting as a liaison between corporate accounting and IT.
• Meet regularly with practice leaders to review current dashboards and determine future development needs.
• Define and develop metrics to help practices understand financial performance and trends.
• Partner with IT and corporate accounting to automate reporting and streamline data distribution.
