Such responsibilities encompass the internal processes of the Department and integration of the units into the overall functioning of Northwest Texas Healthcare System.

PROVISION OF SERVICES Demonstrates leadership in the provision of services through a collaborative process designed to integrate services / functions throughout NWTHS.
Participates in and supports a process to measure, assess, and improve performance of management, clinical, and / or support services.
Maintain accountability for overall processes affecting unit functioning by demonstrating improvement in at least one process or outcome annually with supportive documentation.
Maintains regulatory compliance as related to The Joint Commission, Texas Department of State Health Services, and the Board of Nursing.
