Lending Pros, a dynamic and growing mortgage brokerage firm based in Southfield, MI, is looking for a highly organized, proactive HR Director / Office Administrator to support our team and drive our talent acquisition strategy.
As our HR Director / Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing office functions, and playing a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, initiative, and strong people skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires
Actively manage recruiting efforts across job boards and social media platforms
Order office supplies and maintain vendor relationships
Compensation & Bonuses :
$500 bonus after a newly hired Loan Officer remains in the role for 60 days
