Job Summary : We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Sales Analytics & Commercial Excellence to join the Le Labo North America sales team.
We expect the candidate to be a strong retail business analyst with broad experience in retail and shipment forecasts, stock & sales planning, and inventory management in trade. The role will develop gross shipment plans for all channels and doors, derive detailed plans from gross to net, and produce monthly forecasts with channel leads and account executives. The analyst will collaborate closely with Demand Planning and support brand finance to deliver accurate sales projections for full P&L. The position is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Pay Range
Base salary range : $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results.
