Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. This individual will manage schedules, facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and handle a range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations at the executive level. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items
- Monitor and manage office-related administrative functions (if onsite)
- Support personal tasks and errands, when necessary, to maximize executive efficiency
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative roleExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and / or Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDiscretion and confidentiality are a mustBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredPreferred Skills :
Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, or CRM systemsExperience in a startup, corporate, or fast-paced business environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
