Assembly Technician Specialist (2nd Shift)

Overview

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)! We are seeking dedicated Assembly Technician Specialists for our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality modular units in a clean, structured environment that values teamwork, skill development, and safety. This is a fast-paced environment, and schedules must be flexible to meet production demands, including the possibility of being asked to switch shifts later.

What You'll Do

• Assemble modular buildings with tasks in framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and finishing
• Read blueprints and follow build specifications accurately
• Perform interior and exterior construction tasks such as drywall, flooring, siding, insulation, and windows / doors
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot construction issues as needed
