Robotic Welder

Position Summary

Ultra Corpotech Inc. is seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to join our growing production team in Conroe, Texas. This position is responsible for operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring weld quality, and supporting production efficiency while maintaining company safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding or robotic automation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with work instructions.
• Set up, load, and position parts or assemblies for welding operations.
• Inspect completed welds for proper penetration, size, and quality to meet specifications.
• Adjust and maintain robotic welding parameters as directed by supervision or quality control.
• Assist in fixture setup, part changeovers, and basic programming edits as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area following 5S standards.
• Report equipment issues, part defects, or safety concerns immediately to the Production Supervisor.
• Participate in cross-training activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.
• Support additional production or assembly duties as needed.

Working Conditions

This position operates on the manufacturing floor with exposure to moderate noise, heat, sparks, and moving machinery. Proper PPE-including safety glasses, gloves, welding helmet, and steel-toe boots-is required at all times. The role involves standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions throughout the shift. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
