Shift : Day shift; Monday thru Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, may require some flexibility and have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Combo MIG & Flux Core Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gas metal arc welding (GMAW / MIG) and Flux Core welding (FCAW), working with carbon steel materials. This role requires the ability to produce strong, durable welds while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, FLUX welding on structural components and metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols for fabrication.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, making adjustments for different materials.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and structural integrity.
• Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, cutting, and cleaning before welding.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a hazard-free work area.
• Work collaboratively with fabricators, engineers, and production staff.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
