The Operations Specialist II with Aon Business Services - Integrated Services and will support our Healthcare Individuals Program Fort Washington, PA. This position is for a hybrid schedule, in office and remote throughout the week.

Job Responsibilities :

Responding to client inquiries

• Responsible for responding to client inquiries for new, renewal, and endorsement processes. This colleague assesses the needs of the client and can act as advisor or processor, depending on the request. The colleague must be licensed due to the advisory capacity he / she must fill. If the need is transactional, the colleague would process the request based on program rules and underwriting guidelines within the policy management system and then respond in written form. While templates are in place, the colleague will need the ability to revise templates or create freeform responses.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
