Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support middle school students with intermediate disabilities in grades 6 through 8. This full-time, onsite contract position focuses on providing specialized instruction in a sales classroom setting. The assignment starts as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with intermediate disabilities.
  • Deliver specially designed instruction using engaging, effective teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to support student learning.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications :

  • Valid certification in Special Education.
  • Experience teaching students with intermediate disabilities at the middle school level.
  • Ability to create a structured and supportive classroom environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to student success and inclusive education.
