We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, data-informed software systems that power Aspirion's strategic initiatives. This role blends deep engineering expertise with architectural leadership, focusing on building robust platforms that leverage data to drive intelligent automation, operational excellence, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex software systems with a strong emphasis on data accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead cross-functional engineering efforts to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions that support analytics, automation, and AI / ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and long-term strategy.
• Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance across multiple teams.
• Champion modern software practices, including CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and observability.
• Promote data-informed decision-making by designing systems that expose meaningful telemetry, metrics, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Modernize legacy systems and advocate for platform improvements that enhance developer productivity and system reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to improve engineering workflows and product delivery.
• Influence organizational architecture and technical strategy, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term sustainability.
